The problem

Sales teams juggle contacts, companies and deals across disconnected tools, lose the thread of email conversations, and burn time writing routine follow-ups by hand.

The solution

A full CRM with companies, contacts, deal pipelines and activity feeds, two-way Gmail integration with email-thread linking, AI-generated context summaries and follow-up drafts, a reusable AI "skill" editor for common sales activities, bulk tagging, dynamic filters and performance dashboards.

My role

Sole builder — data model, the Gmail integration, the AI summary/follow-up pipeline, and the pipeline and activity UX.
